How Do I Start My Cap Order?
Custom caps are where you get to stand out on the crowded pool deck! Our in-house design team
is here to help you take what's in your imagination and bring it to life. Send us an email with any
artwork, color and cap requests and we will do the rest! We will not commence printing
until we receive final approval from you.

Types Of Caps
We are pleased to announce the availability of our two NEWEST caps, our DOME cap (either plain white, black, silver OR custom), which is typically for elite swimmers and our newest creation, the ULTRA-SEAMLESS cap, which is now our new standard cap. If you want the CLASSIC silicone (with a seam) please specify, otherwise, ALL cap orders will be our Ultra-Seamless cap.
Turnaround Time?
Once artwork has been given the final approval and payment has been made (or a Purchase Order submitted), printing commences. While every order varies in length due to quantity, number of colors, cap type, etc. we typically see customers receiving their caps within 10-15 business days (after payment has been received or arranged).
What is a BUSINESS DAY?
A BUSINESS DAY is any NON-Holiday that is Monday-Friday. Business days, in regards to orders, begin the DAY AFTER an order is paid for or arranged and confirmed. For example, if you order custom caps on Monday, September 1 and pay or provide a purchase order on September 4, the order begins on September 5.
Pricing?
To ensure customers receive the BEST possible price, we are pleased to announce that we will beat any official quote by our competitors (if we don't already). For exclusive pricing, we make sure to include that with ALL proofs so you can see how prices change due to order quantity, number of colors used and style of cap.
Returns?
Due to the nature of custom work, orders cannot be returned. However, we understand that defects happen. Defects must be claimed within 30 days of receiving the order. Defects include: splitting seams or compromised silicone molds. Discoloration is not a defect- ROYAL is not responsible for discoloration as direct sunlight, pool chemicals and goggle straps all damage the print and cap.
